Hi Anthony, 

I tried to look up part KV-12-1159-00. Both  with the manufacturer, and on our Web site. I was unable to pull up a mirror with that part.Kool-vue Mirrors  

 

If you could please tell me more information, or get me the manufacturers part number, I can look up more details and check into getting a Koolvue exterior replacement rearview mirror photo for you.
